DTR Vantage licensing

Trial terms

These terms apply to a DTR Vantage trial between you (the person signing up, for the organisation named) and DTR Networks, Inc.

  1. What you may do. Install DTR Vantage on one server of yours and use it, with the trial licence key, to evaluate whether to buy it, against your own systems, for the length of the trial: 14 days from the activation, within the capacities the key states.
  2. What you may not do. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise try to derive the source code of the software, except to the extent the law expressly allows it despite this term; work around the licence key, its binding to the installation, its expiry or its capacities; copy, share, sell or publish the software, the installer or the licence key; or use the software or what you learn from it to build a competing product.
  3. Ownership. The software, its documentation and everything in them remain DTR Networks’. The trial grants you no other right. Treat the software and its documentation as confidential.
  4. Your data. The software runs on your server and keeps what it collects there. A trial account is private: DTR Networks does not see or open your dashboard, and the features that would send data to DTR are not available to a trial.
  5. No warranty. The trial is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind and without support commitments. To the extent the law allows, DTR Networks is not liable for any loss arising from the trial.
  6. The end of the trial. When the trial ends the software runs in limited mode until a purchased key is installed. You may uninstall it at any time. DTR Networks may end a trial early if these terms are broken.
